FPOs typically have limited entrepreneurship and business management skills. There is a need for their capacity building and training of the stakeholders involving Implementing Agencies, Cluster-Based Business Organizations (CBBOs), FPO Board of Directors (BoDs), FPO CEO, FPO Accountant and the FPO member farmers.
The Learning Management Solution has been designed to cover topics ranging from the scheme related, FPO promotion and crop-specific training covering a diverse range of topics from Governance, Access to Finance, Value addition & processing, Marketing, Bookkeeping, Compliance requirements, & MIS as may be relevant for the promotion of FPOs including case studies in best practices if any.
