About this app
Use the Sou Elo Solidário application to support Projects by Social Entities related to Children/Adolescents and the Elderly. This application makes a link between Donors, Funds for Children/Adolescents and the Elderly, Councils for Children/Adolescents and the Elderly and Social Entities. In this application you can choose to contribute to improving the lives of vulnerable Children, Adolescents and Elderly.
You can help Projects of Social Entities recognized in your cities, donating up to 6% of your Income Tax (IR) Due, during the course of the whole year, and which will be deducted on the occasion of the annual IR adjustment declaration, in the year Following. Your donation will be forwarded to the Funds for the Rights of Children and Adolescents and the Funds for the Rights of the Elderly, which transfer resources to Entities and their Projects.
At the time of the Income Tax Return for the following year, it is still possible to make a donation for the previous year, but at that time of the IR declaration, it will only be allowed to allocate up to 3% of the Income Tax to a Child and Child Fund. Adolescent and up to 3% of your Income Tax due to an Elderly Rights Fund.
To use this tax benefit, you must use the complete model of the Income Tax Declaration. Donations to the Funds are possible, whether you have tax to pay or tax to refund.
Important is that no money will come out of your pocket. What you allocate will be fully refunded because, as stated above, you will allocate resources from your Income Tax Due.

1 – You register in the Sou Elo Solidário App on your cell phone. This procedure will only be requested on your first login.
2 – In the App: After logging in to your app, you search for the Social Organization (and Project) to which you want your donation to be forwarded. Write down the bank details of the Fund (Bank, Branch, Account and CNPJ) to which the Organization is associated.
3 – At the Bank: You pay the portion(s) you wish to donate into the Fund's account and save the receipt(s).
4– In the App: you register the donations to the Organization that you want to receive these amounts, and upload (send) the payment receipts to the Sou Elo Solidário Platform.
5 – On the Sou Elo Solidário Platform: After registering the donation, the Fund and the Council will validate your donation, reconciling it with the Fund's checking account. The Fund will issue a receipt for this donation. Note: Later, the Fund will transfer the resources registered in the Platform to the Organization that you suggested as the beneficiary.
