Among the most frustrating apps I've ever had to use. It's slow when loading important pages, and it won't show up in notification settings so there's no way to ever turn on notifications, which leads to a lot of canceling of work orders. Horrible app from a horrible leasing agency.

This app is terrible. Overdrafts my account. Contacting maintenance is 3rd party exhausting. They may not even get your request. They only have one free mayment method. If you dont pay with your bank account, they charge you 50 to use any debit/credit card. Im so tired of overdrsfts and late fees.

Glitchy, does not do everything it is supposed to. Specifically there is a limit on your ledger view. I can not send in new videos for repairs request. And how can I get a hold of somebody from the company through the app?
