It all started from a meat restaurant in Metula - the "Hatehana" restaurant
A restaurant that has existed since 1998 until today, was established by the Amitai family, a farming family in Metula that has existed for 6 generations in a row!
Over the years, the family raised cows and cows that were fed hay and a unique mixture of seeds and grains
The meat and agricultural produce were used by the restaurant, and hundreds of thousands of people came as far as Metula to eat the fine meat!
After 30 years, it was decided that the time had come to make the beef available straight from the farm in the Upper Galilee to your plate at home,
And so the mill chain of meat shops was established!
In Metola in the Upper Galilee we established a meat factory, which received the highest food quality control mark in Israel!
where we carry out rationing processes, treatment and aging of the meat cuts in the most precise way,
Only the beef we grow in the Upper Galilee enters the factory!
This is what makes our meat so tasty and high quality!
Every week we deliver our produce from Metula directly to the "Hatahana - Meat Shop" branches located in Tel Aviv, Haifa, Hod Hasharon, Ramat Hasharon and Metula.
