Quality control here is terrible. I've order 3 items from here and two of them have arrived with flaws. The first replacement went smoothly but the second one is taking forever and when I message them about it they just told me there was shipping delays for the item. Then to my amazement, I see the same thing on a sale for the 4th of July weekend. This place needs to really step up thier game if they want to be taken seriously as a business.
