The game is a turn-based online strategy where players must retrieve the "Sacred Knowledge" by studying various technologies through collecting and combining different "Fragments of Truth."
Game sessions consist of a limited number of rounds, each comprising strategic and diplomatic phases. The game ends when at least one player researches one of the final technologies or when the maximum number of rounds is reached.
Long ago, the sages of the Kingdom created a magical artifact that bestowed infinite wisdom upon its possessor. They named it the "Sacred Knowledge" and placed it under the protection of a temple. With the artifact, the sages led their people to greatness and prosperity, carefully guarding its secret from prying eyes.
One day, a disciple of the temple succumbed to a thirst for power. Unable to seize the artifact alone, he decided to reveal its secret to the world, hoping to obtain it by force from others. However, this did not grant him what he desired, but only led to his downfall, while giving birth to armies of the vain who sought the artifact's power.
Unable to protect the "Sacred Knowledge" any longer, the sages made the decision to shatter it into numerous "Fragments of Truth" and divide them among themselves, so that each could hide them as deeply as possible without the knowledge of others. Meanwhile, the Kingdom was engulfed in the flames of war as seekers of the artifact fought for its possession.
Only after many years did hope for peace emerge when the feudal lords of the castles, founded by the fleeing sages, decided to unite their efforts and bring together the inherited fragments to restore the artifact and return their people to their former glory.
