All feedback, suggestions and registration requests from people will be received and handled by part-time staff at the grassroots level. Then, will respond to feedback, suggestions, registration from people through the application.
4. Notification feature
Non-specialist staff at the grassroots level will receive a notification from the application every time a new request or feedback is received.
