Paired this with the actual backlit negative stand; works well so far, but would really like a more "automated" process. Takes a long time to crop just right (maybe add an edge detector?) and set up all colors. Some presets are there, but nothing great...more auto color options would make this a 5-star app.

KLM film scanner works well it isn't fast. if you have a lot of negatives to scan, get a dedicated scanner. I do like being able to scan with my phone. this unit also packs up to a nice small unit for storage.

Works great with the negatives but not so with slides where the outside of the picture is clear. There is no detail in the centre
