Not sure why I can't view the 3D lesson online. We have a chromebook, tablet, and computer but have to watch on the smaller phone screen as it's the only device that will run the app. The AR sometimes worked but we have to hold the phone up the whole time as the popsocket doesn't hold the camera high enough to aim the picture. No way to scan the little cards that come in the kits.

We're sorry to say that not all devices support the VR (looks like 3D) mode. If the device supports it then you will be able to select it in the app settings.

I mean, I had high hopes, but I'm not sure what exactly these people think is exciting for kids in this app. The voice is very monotone, and doesn't have enough genuine enthusiasm. My kid was bored with it before I could explain it goes along with her kit she got. Another thing, these kits are too expensive. Plus, I put in that my kid is 5, but they sent the jungle jack set which seems a bit boring for a girl her age. I wish we'd gotten the crystal one or one more appealing to little girls.

It is perfect "only if it works" It only worked once I downloaded it, then it just frozen.. even after uninstalling and reinstalling. My phone is 2019 and latest Android version... No other apps get frozen on it at all but ONLY this one... Now my subscription it totally useless as I can't tell my kids what's going on... This is really frustrating.
