Application containing the georeferenced technical/patrimonial information of the properties managed by ACER Modena and owned by the public administrations; the viewable data, periodically updated with the internal ACER Modena database, concern the technical characteristics of the property, are divided by accommodation or building and can be viewed via a simple interface by building or by accommodation. Once the object of the search has been identified, it is possible to view the files containing the year of construction, the toponymic data, those concerning the systems and energy performance, the available beds, the property, any administrator and the related units such as cellars or garages. A selection of photographs, the position on the map and the list of work orders activated on the accommodation or building on the date of the request will be viewable.
