Silk Task is a task management system where managers can give tasks to their staff relating to categories (sales, marketing, purchasing), provide them with deadline date for each task, change the status of the task from Open (for new task), In Progress (for tasks that have been started on by employee), Done (Completed tasks).

Within each task, the manager and the staff to which the task is assigned to can message back and forth relating to that specific task. This allows both sides to keep each other updated on every task.

Both sides also can clearly see how many days have passed from the date the task was given.
