Ratings and reviews

Updated Review More recommended than last review. New maps,including lightning risk,are great tools. I have not seen it work yet but it should. If it does it will greatly help me because I track that the most. When the android wigets come out this year I am planning on using one at all times for that feature instead of constantly switching between multiple weather apps. This app maybe for ski people and snow,but us summer hikers are just as blessed with it! Do those widgets.

I really like this app. I have used it in winter for skiing and in summer for hiking. It's as accurate as any. The user interface is straightforward and the ability to tailor the forecast to a specific location/mountain is a major plus. It's now my go to app for weather forecasts. Some people have complained about the price for "all access" but $30 a year seems a pittance for all the features offered (and the absence of ads).

Great app for tracking future forecast (potentia)l snowfall & weather conditions at your favorite ski areas or any other locations you choose. I really appreciate the allerts for possible powder days at my chosen regional ski areas and destinations. I like the daily snow weather & conditions articles for in depth analysis of the weather models for different states & regions. During the past few summers the smoke maps have been very helpful for avoiding firesmoke on planned days off.
