UTrakk Assistant is an enterprise productivity tool that allows department managers from various sectors such as manufacturing, food processing, construction, and services to perform meetings and manage action plans to improve their productivity in real-time. UTrakk Assistant is designed to carry out proactive management activities requiring rigor and follow-up (Gemba Walk, Continuous Improvement Tour, Safety Tour, Audit 5S, and others).
