About this app

The Bookia App brings the functionality of www.Bookia.gr to the phone and tablet, and in addition, gives access to the main informative Sites and Blogs about the book.

Through the Bookia App you can read these Book Sites:

The Bookia App is the meeting and communication point for all those interested in being informed and updated about the books they have read or are reading, making new friends based on common interests and reading preferences, finding the next book to read!

Bookia App features:
- Timeline. The actions of Bookia members.
- Books. The complete bibliographic base of ViblioNET.
- Search. Books, authors, publishers, bookstores.
- Barcode scan. Find books by scanning the ISBN through the device's camera.
- Book reviews. Reviews of books read by Bookia members.
- myLibrary. Management by each member of his personal library of books he has, read, wants to read, gives away, exchanges...
- Book page. With all the information about each book along with the additions of Bookia members, e.g. their reviews.
- Author page. With all the information about the creator and his projects, the ones he participated in, everyone he collaborated with...
- Site/Blog about the book. Reading the main sites/blogs about the book, directly through the app: the reader, Diastixo.gr, eAnagnostis.gr, Bookia.
- Book recommendations. The book recommendations of the collaborating site/blog (the reader, Diastixo.gr) and Bookia.
- Book raffles. Book donations from authors and publishers, for Bookia members.
- BookiaTV. The videos of book events broadcasted by Bookia with Live Streaming.
- Calendar of events. Google calendar with book related events.
