The new NIDUS service, promoted by iSocial and its member entities, is based on a digital platform, accessible from mobile phones and from computers, which offers homeless people a package of technological tools that facilitate the improvement of their living conditions and their process of reintegration into society: a "digital safe" that allows them to save their documentation in the cloud; a chat system to be able to communicate easily with the social professionals who offer them follow-up and support; an alarm button to be able to ask for help in a serious situation; a map of points of interest, services and resources that can meet your needs; and a notification system to receive notices from social entities and the municipal services that support them.
