◎ Basic qualifications
- Junior high school graduates
- Elementary school graduate with more than 5 years of cooking experience (*more than 5 years in total, including the following 2 years)
-Students who have completed the senior high school course of the old national school and those who have completed the two-year course of the old junior high school
-Persons certified by the Minister of Health, Labor and Welfare
-Those who have completed a course equivalent to a Japanese junior high school at a foreign school in Japan and have been certified by the Minister of Health, Labor and Welfare

◎ Cooking work experience
