Mobile application Online driving school "Chas" is an information program complex for training and improving the qualifications of drivers, which works in the following way:
- watch video lessons on traffic rules using modern 3D graphics;
- pass tests on the traffic rules of Ukraine (PDR 2023) in the online simulator mode;
- take a test on the subject of traffic regulations;
- you pass the final exam for traffic regulations;
- assess the level of your preparation for the traffic police exam at the Ministry of Internal Affairs.
In the application you will find:
1) Video lessons relevant to the current requirements of the Traffic Regulations of Ukraine as of January 1, 2024 on the following subjects:
- Traffic Law of Ukraine 2024 (32 videos);
- road safety (12 videos);
- motor vehicle law (1 video);
- provision of medical assistance in the event of a road accident (1 video);
- structure of a modern passenger car (13 videos);
- driving safety and how to prevent road accidents (11 videos);
- road traffic features of 22 European countries (22 videos);
- practical advice for drivers (5 videos).
In total: 192 videos of road traffic lessons (96 lessons in Ukrainian and 96 lessons in Russian).
2) Road traffic tests in accordance with SC of the Ministry of Internal Affairs (January 1, 2024)

In total: more than 2,000 questions on traffic rules in Ukrainian and Russian.
