can't pay via my credit card, don't know why this app don't charge my parking fee. well if you have a delay fine, you card can be charged then. WTF? is there a 0 point rating choice? 这个程序不能主动交钱，添加卡片后不管怎样都不扣钱。但是当你有了延迟罚款时，他有能从你卡上扣钱了，我真的很佩服是什么人能设计出这样的东西？！

the pay machine is always broken, and they ask you to use this app. you don't have a function to remind user that you are still charging people even if you have drive away. if you forget to press stop they will just charge you till midnight. stupid app

One star for my account upgraded without my permission, its better just take 2 dollars as your every time transaction fee
