How to turn off automatic topup,i didn't use the app,why my balance still keep going less.

Hi, the auto top up is a compulsory feature for registered users. If you do not park regularly, you can close your account, refund the balance and avail of our once off payment options that do not require registration. Please get in touch at 0818 300 161 and a member of our team would be happy to assist.

Pay more🥶 , can ' t close the automatic top up? I can't even remove bank card information 。 You need to have such a setting option for users。 Terrible APP 😱😱😱😱😱

Hi, The auto-top up facility is a feature of being a registered customer. If you do not park regularly, we offer several other pay as you go options to park that do not require registration. Please visit https://www.parkingtag.ie/how-it-works/one-off-parking for more information.

Hi, you may have your location permissions on your phone set to 'ask every time' on your phone settings. You can change this to 'Always allow' or 'Allow while using app', this will ensure you do not have to enable GPS every time you use the app. If you require any assistance with this please get in touch at 0818 300 161.
