cannot login with my new phone. works fine on my old Samsung phone.

We're sorry to hear that you're having trouble. An Android phone must have Android OS version 9 or newer to download the SmarTrip app. If this is the case, we'd love to look into what may be going on. Please give us a call at 888.762.7874 (M—F, 7 am—8 pm) -KB

the customer experience is so bad. i can.never login it with my phone. "we have trouble connecting to our service." no matter when i tried to login, this situation persist all the time.
