車況不錯，車子選用也很棒，客服也不錯。但整體流程和APP沒有搭配?如果借還車都要拍照，那就做在APP上吧…如果只要消費者回報車況大問題就好(小問題 ZIPCAR吸收，那就維持原來的APP設計。 消費者提前還車應該可以設計點選回報，這樣除了車子可以有更大的使用彈性，zipcar 也可以考慮透。發優惠給這些常常提前還車的會員。兩個都可以增加車子使用率。

租過一次後，應該一段時間不會再用，因為第一次延長用車，竟然app故障給我多收了一個小時的錢。 而且app也沒有租車前後照相記錄的功能，日後有非租用者導致的車損，萬一算在我身上說要賠多少就賠多少那我不就虧大了。 奉勸zipcar的不管客服也好，工作人員也好，趕快跟市政府喬好，多開發一點據點，車子費用降低一點，app弄完整一點，app的功能太不完整，鳥到爆！！！租車資料簡陋無憑據很容易有糾紛，一切你們趕快去給我弄好！！！我再考慮要不要繼續使用... 話說不要想要隨便凹車損，因為我都有拍照存證，有證據的，別把消費者當笨蛋。

想要看其他地方的車是否可用，但只顯示住處附近，反而不太方便，改成顯示由客人指定的地點 並顯示其周遭的可用車 和 歸還時間 ，我認為會方便些。
