开启慢，每次有弹窗，需解除。不称定，4g，wifi切换，有时无声？

With our test devices Zoiper starts fast enough on even phones that are not "high end models".
Unfortunately we cannot answer your question as we cannot understand it, Google Translate does not help. If you can please rephrase it in English.

Support documents are very helpful. But I believe the app use IP address to detect if it is on public network or not, which is not accurately everytime, especially working with OpenVPN which has a public IP as privace.
