disappointing experience. Pay more than prepaid money. Initially, I believed that any additional fees displayed in the app were due to the driver's actions. However, I soon realized that the platform itself completely disregarded the legitimacy of these extra charges. It is important not to trust the app's stated number of luggages.

Good and useful apps in Oxford. Should add the function to give the review/feedback to drivers.
