用了快一年心得： 優點： 1. 家庭設計很不錯，姐姐自己一個帳號，弟弟自己一個，可以分開了解課程進度 2. 孩子很喜歡課程裡的小遊戲、語音評分、口說練習。 缺點： 1. 安卓常常閃退，最近更是上5分鐘課程閃退3次，導致孩子沒耐心完成。 2. 三星A55更是完全無法開啟app。 3. 偶爾會沒自動解鎖隔天課程，需聯繫客服解決，大約遇過5次，三次客服直接幫我解鎖幾日的課程，後面兩次客服堅持是我同天使用課程所以沒解鎖，後來我想應該是時差的關係，以台灣來說晚上讓孩子使用的話，隔天早上再使用就還是會同一天課程，所以之後我都固定早上時間使用沒解鎖的情況就減少了。

每天只能解鎖一個課程，偏偏app常常前一天跟隔天都停留在同一個課程，解開課程的速度和方便度讓人覺得不好用，不知何時才能使用到後面的課程，希望能夠一次解開同一排的課程，有需要的家長自然會讓孩子同個課程多複習幾次 0423更新，已經三天都卡在同一個課程了，完全無法解鎖下一個課程 已經想退掉了，好糟糕

用andriod手機跟平板都一直當機…… 平板光是在首頁就一直跳轉進不去app裡面…好不容易進去了也登不進家長區，還有最後的錄音part也是直接閃退…… 手機使用稍微順暢，但最後錄音也是直接閃退… 手機螢幕小，不希望孩子使用手機學習，請協助解決平板問題～謝謝
