I purchased a new sim from them on April 22nd, and it still has not been delivered as of May 6th. Regardless of the network speed and quality, the delivery time is hilariously slow.

Input OTPbut miss "enter" button. This problem keep in over 1 week. I have other same model handset without this problem. I already re-install this App many time. Also update my hanset software and restart my phone many time. Still have this problem. I send message to Live chat few days ago. NO RESPONE. When can solve?
