新功能

Significant improvements to the app including:
- On the map view each incident is color coded as well as being represented by an icon showing the incident type.
- Traffic cameras can now be toggled on/off.
- Incidents are no longer included in the "clustering" so are more clearly seen on the map.
- If you wish to remove the Advertising in the app, there is an Oregon Roads Pro version available in the Google Play Store.
