Can not get the 6 digital code

Got charged for some parking I never did, called customer service and got replied with no refund for some parking that's already finalised, but I never parked there! Would definitely give no star if I could, avoid this app if you don't want to be charged for some parking you never had

Parking fees will be deducted indiscriminately
