Horrible service. They asked us to order one hour prior for a delivery at 6pm. Which I guess was fine considering they might group the orders up. However I waited and waited for updates on their app. Nothing. The live chat option on their app was completely unresponsive. Then the first update, an sms was sent at 8pm, which was already ridiculous. It says the rider was here WAITING for me. I got downstairs, walked around the entire premise. No delivery person, as expected.
