I already send an email as you mentioned below but no one answer it. I plugged the Gen2 commander in my Model 3 and installed the app (V4.2.7) on my phone. Bluetooth can see the "ENH_XXXX" that I believe is the Gen2 Commander BUT the app can't connect the commander. I tried two phones but still can't connect the Commander by app. Need HELP!
