The transaction records in the app don't match the actual ones. I called the bank's customer service to verify the transaction records and balance, and they confirmed it's correct. They mentioned it might be an issue with the app and suggested I uninstall and reinstall it. However, even after reinstalling the app, it still shows incorrect transaction records.
