Lolu hlelo lokusebenza luvumela abahlinzeki besevisi abakhethayo be-SIMEI noma Abantu Ngabodwana ukuthi bakhiphe i-NFS-e ngezinga likazwelonke lamasevisi abhaliswe ngaphambilini umsebenzisi njengezintandokazi ku-NFS-e Web Issuer. Inothi lingakhishwa ngokushesha ngokugcwalisa izinkambu ezethulwe yi-APP ekusebenzeni kwe-“Issue NFS-e”.
I-APP iphinde ivumele umsebenzisi ukuthi axhumane ne-NFS-e esanda kukhishwa umhlinzeki wesevisi ngokufinyelela ekusebenzeni "kokukhishwa kwe-NFS-e".
Uma idivayisi ingaxhumekile ku-inthanethi ngesikhathi sokwenziwa kwayo, idokhumenti igcinwa ngokuzenzakalelayo kunketho ethi “NFS-e Not Transmitted” futhi ingadluliselwa kamuva. Lokhu kusebenza kukhiqiza ikhodi ye-QR engafundwa kumakhalekhukhwini ngumuntu othatha isevisi.
Izidingo zokusebenzisa i-APP:
1) le APP ingasetshenziswa kuphela abakhokhi bentela Ngamunye ababhaliswe komasipala abathobela isivumelwano futhi bavumele ukusetshenziswa kwayo. Xhumana nomasipala ukuze uqinisekise izimvume.
2) Ngaphambi kokusebenzisa i-APP okokuqala ngqa, kuyadingeka ukubhalisa umsebenzisi ku-NFS-e Web Issuer (https://www.nfse.gov.br/EmissorNacional). Kufanele usebenzise inketho ethi "Yenza ukufinyelela kokuqala" futhi ugcwalise idatha njengoba iceliwe. Ngemva kokufinyelela kumkhiphi, chofoza "Izilungiselelo" bese ugcwalisa idatha eceliwe.
3) Ngokuphathelene nenkambu ethi “Inani elilinganiselwe lezintela”, elilungiselelwe entweni yangaphambilini, i-APP ivumela kuphela abakhokhi bentela abakhethe okuthi “Lungisa amanani ahambisanayo ephesenti” noma “Ungawazisi noma yiliphi inani elilinganiselwe Lezintela” (kuzinketho ze-SIMEI)
4) Umsebenzisi kufanele abhalise izinsizakalo eziyintandokazi Kumkhiphi Wewebhu we-NFS-e ngokuchofoza isithonjana esithi “Izinkonzo Eziyintandokazi” nokubhalisa zonke izinkonzo afisa ukuzikhiphela i-NFS-e ngohlelo lwe-APP.
