Kwethulwa i-ATIDHI: Ukunikeza Amandla Abazali Bezingane Ezihlukene Ngokwesekwa Okuphelele

I-ATIDHI wuhlelo olusha oluklanyelwe abazali bezingane ezine-Autism Spectrum Disorders (ASD), Cerebral Palsy (CP), Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorders (ADHD), Learning Disabilities (LD), Mental Retardation (MR), Intellectual Developmental Disorders, Down I-syndrome, nezinye izifo. Siyaziqonda izinselele kanye nezidingo ezihlukile eziza nokuba umzali wengane ekhubazeke ngendlela ehlukile, futhi uhlelo lwethu lokusebenza lukhona ukuze lunikeze izixazululo nokusekelwa kwezempilo okungenakuqhathaniswa.

Indlela yethu: I-Ayurveda & Yoga Therapy

Kwa-ATIDHI, sikholelwa emandleni e-Ayurveda kanye ne-Yoga therapy ukugqugquzela ukuphulukiswa okuphelele kanye nokuthuthukisa ikhwalithi yempilo yezingane ezinezidingo ezikhethekile. Ithuthukiswe uDkt. Dinesh K.S, uchwepheshe owaziwayo kulo mkhakha, izivumelwano zethu zihlanganisa izidakamizwa ze-Ayurvedic, i-Gut therapy, Amazinga okuphila e-Ayurveda, Ukuqeqeshwa kwabazali, Nosizo lwe-Yogic. Lezi zivumelwano ezisekelwe ebufakazini zakhiwe ucwaningo olunzulu olwenziwe yi-Kerala Ayurvedic Studies & Research Society, uMnyango we-AYUSH, kanye no-Vaidyarthnam P.S. Varier Ayurveda College, Kottakkal.

I-Ayurveda igcizelela ukuvumelanisa indlela yethu yokuphila, okuhlanganisa ukudla, ukuvivinya umzimba, nokuphumula, ukuze ihambisane nezinguquko endaweni yethu. Kuhlanganisa izici zokwelapha nezokuvimbela, kuhlanganise nemithi yemithi, izindlela zokwelapha, kanye nokuguqulwa kwendlela yokuphila ukuze kubuyiselwe ibhalansi nokuphila kahle.

I-Yoga ihambisana ne-Ayurveda ngokuthuthukisa inhlalakahle yomzimba, yengqondo, nengokomzwelo. Kuhlanganisa izimiso zokuphila, ukuma (i-asanas), ukulawula umoya (i-pranayama), ukugxilisa ingqondo, kanye namasu okuzindla ukuhlakulela isimo senjabulo nempilo.

Izinsiza Zokusekela Eziphelele:

1. Ukwelashwa Kwenkulumo: Izinsizakalo zethu ezikhethekile zokwelapha inkulumo zisiza ukuthuthukisa ukukhubazeka kwenkulumo, ukuthuthukiswa kolimi, ukushintshashintsha kwezwi, ukuqephuza, kanye namakhono omphakathi asebenzayo. Siphinde sigxile emakhonweni okufunda ngaphambi kokufunda kanye nokulungela isikole ukuze sithuthukise amakhono okuxhumana angcono.

2. I-Physiotherapy: I-Physiotherapy yethu yezingane ihlose ukuthuthukisa amakhono emisipha nokuzimela ekunyakazeni kwezingane, usebenzisa noma ngaphandle kwamathuluzi asekelayo. Ukuhlonzwa kusenesikhathi nokungenelela kungathuthukisa kakhulu imiphumela, njengoba i-neuroplasticity yobuchopho iphakeme kakhulu kuze kufike eminyakeni engu-6.

4. I-Sensory Integration Therapy: Sisebenzisa imisebenzi yezinzwa ukuze sisize izingane zisabele ngokufanelekile kokufakwa kwezinzwa njengokukhanya, ukuthinta, umsindo, ukuhogela, nokunye. 5. Ukwelashwa Kwezemfundo: Ukwelashwa kwethu kwezemfundo kuklanyelwe ukubhekana nokwehluka kokufunda, ukukhubazeka, kanye nezinselele. Ngokungenelela komuntu ngamunye, siqinisa ikhono labafundi lokucubungula ulwazi, ukugxila, nokuthuthukisa inkumbulo, ukusekela ukukhula kwezemfundo.

Ukubonisana Ku-inthanethi/okuqondile: Sinikeza izinsiza zokubonisana ezilula neziqondile nochwepheshe be-ATIDHI kulo mkhakha. Siyakuqonda ukubaluleka kokuxhumana okucacile nokuphumelelayo phakathi kwabazali nezingcweti ukuze sinikeze ukwesekwa okungcono kakhulu okungakhona.
