I-IT Service Management (ITSM) isiyalo sokuklama, ukuletha, ukuphatha, kanye nokwenza ngcono indlela izinsiza ze-IT ezisetshenziswa ngayo enhlanganweni. Kulo mhlahlandlela, sizohlola izindlela ezingcono kakhulu zokuphatha izinsiza ze-IT, siqinisekise ukuthi ziyahlangabezana nezidingo zamabhizinisi kanye nabasebenzisi bokugcina.

Ukushintsha Ukuphathwa: Indlela ehlelekile yokuphatha izinguquko kwingqalasizinda ye-IT ukuze kuncishiswe ukuphazamiseka.
Ukuphathwa Kwezinga Lesevisi: Ukusungula izivumelwano zezinga lesevisi ezicacile (ama-SLA) ukuze kuqinisekiswe ukuthi izinsizakalo ze-IT zihambisana nokulindelwe yibhizinisi.
Ukuthuthukiswa Kwesevisi Eqhubekayo: Izinqubo eziqhubekayo zokuqapha nokwenza ngcono ukulethwa kwezinsizakalo ze-IT.
Kungakhathaliseki ukuthi umusha ku-ITSM noma ufuna ukuthuthukisa ukuqonda kwakho izinqubo zesevisi ye-IT, lo mhlahlandlela unikeza umbono obanzi wokukusiza uthuthukise ukulethwa kwesevisi yakho ye-IT.
