Uhlelo lokusebenza lomshayeli weselula oluhlanganisa nohlelo lokusebenza lwewebhu olulawulwa yisifunda lwesikole olubanzi oluvumela izifunda zesikole ukuthi zinike amandla, ziqinisekise, futhi zinikeze amandla othisha nabanye abasebenzi besifunda ukuthutha izingane/abafundi ukuya nokubuya esikoleni njengoba izisebenzi zihamba ziya/zibuya emsebenzini. Uhlelo lokusebenza lomshayeli lunikeza wonke amathuluzi nolwazi oludingekayo ukuze umshayeli enze ngokuphepha nangempumelelo imisebenzi yezokuthutha kusukela ekuqaleni kuze kube sekupheleni, okuhlanganisa:
- Ukubonisa umshayeli imininingwane yohambo olunikezwa kuye okuhlanganisa izinsuku, izikhathi, abafundi, izikhombisi-ndlela zohambo, izikhathi ezilinganiselwe, nesinxephezelo somshayeli
- Inikeza indlela elula yokwamukela/ukwenqaba lokhu okunikezwayo kohambo
- Izici Zokuphatha Uhambo njengokuthi "Qala Uhambo", Ukuzulazula kohambo lwesikhathi sangempela, ukuphathwa kwezimo zabagibeli (ukuthathwa, ukungabukiswa, ukuxolelwa, ukwehliswa)
- Isilinganiso esisebenzayo, sesikhathi sangempela sokusebenza komshayeli nokulandelela ukuze kunikeze abashayeli, Abaphathi besistimu, izikhulu zesikole zesikhangiso impendulo esheshayo nengokomlando mayelana nokuziphatha kwabashayeli okuhlobene nezinto zokuhamba phakathi nohambo
- Ihlinzeka ngethuluzi eligcwele lokuzulazula elibonakalayo kumshayeli ukuze kube lula umzila wohambo ukuze kuqinisekiswe ukuthi umzila wohambo ophephe kakhulu futhi osebenza kahle kakhulu wenziwa utholakale ngesikhathi sangempela kanye neziyalezo ezizwakalayo zokujika nejika.
- Ilandelela inqubekelaphambili yohambo, ibanga elingamakhilomitha, izindawo ze-GPS zabafundi ngenkathi usohambeni (ukwabelana nabazali nezikhulu zesikole), kanye nezimo zomgibeli ngamunye (uthathwa, akaboniswanga, uxoshiwe, owehliswayo) kulo lonke uhambo.
