Isicelo senzelwe iziguli ezigula okungalapheki ezisohlelweni lokulawulwa kwezifo (DMP) lweqembu le-EUC.
Uhlelo lokulawulwa kwezifo luhloselwe iziguli ezigula kakhulu ezilashwa ngokuxilonga okukodwa noma ngaphezulu okuvela eqenjini lezifo ze-cardiometabolic: Uhlobo lwe-2 yesifo sikashukela, i-arterial hypertension, i-dyslipidemia, i-prediabetes.
