Uhlelo lokusebenza luqukethe izigaba ezimbalwa ezibalulekile, okubandakanya ukunxusa kwasekuseni, ukunxusa kwakusihlwa, ama-hadith esiprofetho, ama-fatwa ayiqiniso, nolwazi oluhlukahlukene lwamaSulumane. Okulandelayo yincazelo yokuqukethwe okuyinhloko kuhlelo lokusebenza:
1. I-Morning dhikr ne-dhikr yakusihlwa: Uhlelo lokusebenza lunikeza iqoqo le-dhikr nezicelo abasebenzisi abangazifunda ekuseni nakusihlwa. Lezi zicelo zihlanganisa ukuthandazela uMprofethi uMuhammad, kwangathi uNkulunkulu angambusisa futhi amnike ukuthula, ukufuna intethelelo, udumo malube kuNkulunkulu, ukuthembela kuNkulunkulu, nokunye ukunxusa okuthuthukisa ingokomoya futhi kusebenzele ukuthuthukisa ukuqapha okungokomoya komsebenzisi.
2. AmaHadith Esiprofetho: Isicelo sihlanganisa iqoqo lama-hadith ayiqiniso esiprofetho ahlanganisa izici ezihlukahlukene zenkolo, zokuziphatha nezokuziphatha. Abasebenzisi bangakwazi ukufunda ama-hadith futhi bazuze ngezeluleko ezingokwesiprofetho nesiqondiso ekuphileni kwabo kwansuku zonke.
3. Ama-fatwa alungile: Isicelo sihlinzeka ngeqoqo lama-fatwas asemthethweni avumelana nendlela efanele yamaSulumane. Ama-Fatwa ahlanganisa izindaba ezihlukene zenkolo nezomthetho kanye nezindaba abasebenzisi abangahlangabezana nazo ekuphileni kwabo kwansuku zonke.
4. Ulwazi lwamaSulumane: Isicelo sinikeza ulwazi olunzulu mayelana ne-Islam nezimfundiso zayo. Abasebenzisi bangafunda ngezisekelo eziyisisekelo ze-Islam, izinkolelo, amasiko, izenzo ezinhle, nezinye izihloko ezibalulekile ezithuthukisa ukuqonda okuphelele kwenkolo yamaSulumane.

Uhlelo lokusebenza luhlinzeka ngokuqukethwe okubalulekile nokuthembekile okusiza abasebenzisi ukuthi basondele kuNkulunkulu futhi bathole ukuthula kwangaphakathi nokunethezeka ngokomoya.
