Ratings and reviews

I found the app very useful until the recent change that requires having a pass code in order to access the app. I hate having passcodes, it's annoying and inconvenient, whether it's a thumbprint or a number key or anything else, I don't want it. I get wanting to make the app more secure, but it's my personal information, if I'm comfortable with just using a password why should it matter? and how is keeping the web browser open on my phone any more secure?

every time I try to mobil deposit a check it says "something went wrong on our end. we are working to fix it. try again later." it is very frustrating not being able to do the mobile deposit.

app is less than user friendly. Even babk employees openly discuss how difficult it is using the app and figuring out all its functions.
