As others have stated, the logging in and navigating cause ridiculous loading times or not loading at all. When it actually loads, there's some decent features overall, though the actual navigation and aesthetics leave something to be desired. The loading, however, makes the app feel like a pile of hot garbage, so it makes you want to avoid using it unless you really have to.

Sorry for your frustration, Preston. Some recent server issues are causing these problems, and we’re doing our best to fix them. Please hang in there. A brand new Dupaco Mobile app is set to arrive in late-2020. In the meantime, please consider using the browser version of Shine. It has all the functionality you need, minus the issues.

Most of the new app is fine, but I am having issues with the mobile deposit feature. There is no decimal point on the keypad, so I am unable to put the total of a check. Most checks include change. It also takes several attempts before I can submit the picture of a check. I never had these issues with the old app. I have e-mailed Dupaco, but they haven't been much help. I was told an update would fix the issue. It didn't.

Angie - We have recently pushed an update that was aimed at solving the missing decimal point issue. Can you please try logging in again and giving it a try? Cannot get passed 2 factor authentication on app. Always asks if on the moon even though I have internet access. Forced to use browser.
