I'm logging into the shine app sometimes 2-3x a day and have never had any issues. It's great and I love it...

Honestly cannot complain about anything. They always inform me of down times, new features in the app, and always provide plenty of help along the way if I ever need it.

This app is horrible. I can only log in through the website now and there is no reason for it. Very inconvenient to check my checking account etc.
