Jaja Finance Limited is authorised and regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority with number 775979 and is a company registered in England and Wales with Company Number 09797750 at 3 Valentine Place, Southwark, London, SE1 8QH, United Kingdom.

This app is now working, although I have had to ring the call center twice over 2 months to remove the £12.00 "late payment fee" I was wrongly charged. Luckily I record my phone calls & could provide evidence that I was told the fee would be removed a month earlier. Hopefully everything can continue as it was before the switch to "jaja finance" and no more erroneous "fees" are implemented. 3 stars so far, more to follow if there are no more issues. Thank you dev's.

The version downloaded 2 days ago was flickering the balance and crashed. Checked in today to give a -1 star, but noticed the Update botton. So far so good. Gave 4 stars. For now. Update 8-Jun-21. Tried to use it this morning and got a black screen with the message "credit card. This device is not supported." Tried poweroff/on, reinstall. The same. Last update on Play shows April. What's going on?

Amusingly awful app run by a catastrophically inept company. I have two Jaja accounts and they are both rubbish. I called customer service twice today (plus numerous calls over the past months) and I still can't log in. I can't be bothered anymore so I'll probably drop the account. If Dido Harding ran a credit card company it would probably look something like this.
