About this app

The ABA Matrix app is designed for ABA therapy sessions, built to support care delivery in any setting: at home, in school, or in the community. It enables providers to continue working without interruption, whether they are online or offline.
During sessions, users can collect data in real time, capture caregivers' and providers’ signatures, and complete Electronic Visit Verification (EVV) directly within the app. Offline functionality ensures that services can be delivered and documented without relying on an internet connection. Once connectivity is restored, all information syncs automatically, keeping records accurate and up to date.
When online, the app provides full access to scheduling tools, allowing users to manage their calendar, review upcoming sessions, and make updates as needed. This ensures that both session execution and administrative coordination remain connected within a single workflow.
ABA Matrix is built to support consistent, compliant, and efficient service delivery by connecting data collection, documentation, and scheduling in one unified experience.

What’s new

• Schedule event menu: a cleaner, more consistent menu when you tap a session.
• Data Collection program picker: the picker now shows which program is currently selected, highlights it in the list, and separates programs with dividers so long names are easier to read.
• Behavior details: long behavior names are now shown in full instead of being cut off behind an info icon.
• Change Password: the requirements message now lists exactly which special characters are accepted (# ? ! @ $ % ^ & * -).
