Longitools is a European research project within Horizon 2020 that studies the relationship between environment and lifestyle and health (https://longitools.org/). The project has a holistic approach based on the concept of the exposome, i.e. the study of the set of factors to which an individual is exposed throughout his life and how these can influence his well-being. The longITools application represents the first direct technological translation of the results of this research. The application is an experimental prototype protected by access credentials that implements the main functions for monitoring the lifestyle and environmental characteristics related to the well-being of the person. The application has several sections, each linked to different areas of interest from the point of view of the exposome, such as: dietary habits, physical activity, weight, sleep structure and air quality. The application can also record the GPS position upon access with the user's permission.
