am experiencing an issue with this app. I keep receiving the message: “At least one of the provided KYC details is incorrect. Please contact us if the issue persists.” All my KYC details are correct, but the problem is still occurring and is preventing me from using the app properly. Kindly assist in checking and resolving this issue.

It is a nightmare to access my account. I have never enjoyed using my visa card money as I am always failing to access it from the time the cards were said to have been upgraded. I am reallydepressed and thinking of abandoning BancABC completely.

Good app. Can you add a settings menu where i can change how i get my OTP. Might need to use the app outside Zimbabwe for example and my OTP is sent to my line which doesn't (too expensive) to roam.
