About this app

‘IGNOU-e-Content’ Mobile App is an Official Mobile App of Indira Gandhi National Open University (IGNOU), New Delhi. This app is an ICT initiative of IGNOU to provide Digital Learning Environment to IGNOU learners and extending Technology Enhanced Learner Support Services to them. The aim of this initiative is to disseminate the digitised course material to IGNOU Learners.
IGNOU-e-Content App is a one stop solution for all the IGNOU learners to access their course material through their hand held devices such as Mobile Phones and Tablets. This app will cater around 30 million IGNOU learners to access the course material at any time anywhere at their finger tips.
IGNOU-e-Content provides downloadable IGNOU course material to its learners at various levels such as Certificate, Diploma, PG Certificate/ Diploma, Bachelors’ and Masters Degree programmes. Once the course material is downloaded in learners’ mobile device they can access it on anytime-anywhere basis.

"Worst app! There's no option to print or save as PDF. During exams, the app doesn't even open properly. IGNOU University is disappointing—not only do they delay results, but they also give lower marks and fail students unfairly. Don't waste your time here. I'm giving one star only because there's no option for half a star!

The app description very clearly states that you are supposed to be providing "downloadable content". Nothing in your app for my enrolled course (Mcom 1st year) was downloadable. There is NO option to download. Kindly fix this issue asap as I was depending on this app to be able to write and submit the assignments that are due in 4 days.

It's a good app. However those who have Android 11 are no longer able to access pdf files from ../Android/Data/ac.ignou.in/.. folder as this drirectory is not accessible from Android 11 and it's not always convenient to study these files from your app. Please come up with a method to be able to download pdf files and store in say download folder. App needs upgrading for Android 11 environment for students to access pdf files outside the app. Thank you.
