ACDÉCHETS is the new version of the free regional tool for reporting illegal dumping in the Île-de-France region within partner territories.

The service is also available at https://acdechets.smartidf.services/, along with an interactive guide to help with issuing fines.

Please note that this service is only available in the Île-de-France region within the partner territories.
The updated list can be viewed on the application's home screen.

If you are in another geographical area, please contact your municipality directly, as your report cannot be forwarded to them via our online tool.

After downloading the application and creating an account on the Île-de-France Smart Services regional platform, you will be able to:

• Report illegal dumping by geolocating yourself or indicating the location on the map, for partner territories.

• Find the nearest waste collection point that meets your needs.

The objectives of this tool, within the framework of the regional policy to combat illegal dumping, are:

• Rapid reporting of information from the field;

• Technical assistance for local authorities and organizations responsible for cleanliness;

• Prevention of illegal dumping by providing information on collection points in the affected area;

• Community involvement.

With ACDÉCHETS, the Île-de-France Region facilitates the collection of illegally dumped waste by the relevant organizations based on your reports.
