The Adhar- Repair APP is an interactive mobile tool that not only makes understanding of structural distress easy but also allows its users to find solutions specific to their building situation. Adhar – Repair App explains structural cracks are manifestation of internal Stresses/ Reversal processes/ Anomalies in a structure and are not just surface aberrations.
1. App makes distress diagnosis easier through pictography while categorising Corrossion/ Shear/ Failure cracks. Its interactive tool helps get prognosis correct. 2. It also makes available repair methodology and important information to users.
3. It gives its users an opportunity to understand seismic safety and risks of events like fire and ground settlement. 4. It allows its users to plan changes to their structure like addition/alteration of floors, removal of column or grids, change of land use etc.
