About this app

My ACS is the official app for parents and guardians of the American Cooperative School (ACS Calvert), La Paz - Bolivia. It brings together in one place what used to be scattered across emails, notices, and the web portal.

HOME
A summary of the day: your children, pending payments with their totals and due dates, upcoming events, today's attendance, class updates, and unread announcements.

MY CHILDREN
The list of your enrolled children, with grade, status, and enrollment date. In each child's detail: personal and family data, health information recorded by the school (allergies, medications, and notes), their documents, and incident or nurse's office reports the school notified you about, with attachments.

PAYMENTS
Pending balances grouped by child and by concept, with amount and due date, flagging overdue ones. Choose which installments to pay and pay by QR (Libelula); the app confirms the payment and gives you the invoice link. You also have access to your payment history.

MESSAGES AND ANNOUNCEMENTS
An inbox of conversations with the school, with an unread counter, full thread, and reply from the app. A separate tab gathers announcements marked as priority.

NEWS AND CALENDAR
The feed for your children's classes and the school's upcoming events, grouped by month, with time, location, and category.

MY FAMILY
Family members with their relationship and contact info, the emergency contact, and family documents you can view and upload from your phone.

NOTIFICATIONS
Push alerts when a message arrives, a priority announcement, a nurse's office report, or an upcoming payment due date. You can choose which alerts to receive.

Access is limited to guardians with a family linked in the school's records.

Available in Spanish and English.
