After buying the voucher, points will be deducted from the wallet but voucher details will not be shown for some brands and when we connect with the support team they are rude and don't resolve our issue. Very disappointed in customer service they just ask you to wait and wait

I'm very disappointed and dissatisfied with your services, I redeem 5000 points while are the counter but couldn't reflect on the voucher yet the points were deducted from the account. I'm doing a follow up but no response

Absolutely the worst memory management. In just 2-3 minutes away from the app, it asks to login again. The login is a pain when it comes to corporate login. You can't do anything about the login, but at least you can remember the session. Each and every time I open the why should it ask to login? And it logs out in just 2 minutes. No it's not my phone ram issue. I've had apps running in the background for more than 12 hrs. Only after fixing this can improve the rating.
