Enter the bill/bill folio (3 letters and up to 8 digits) or service order number (8 digits) or scan the shipment barcode to find out the latest status of your shipment and status history by date and time, for national and international shipments.
When you track a shipment you will be able to consult, view and download: evidence, acknowledgments of receipt and signatures*.
Each shipment that you consult or buy will be added to the list of favorites that you can manage from the favorites section.
- QUOTATION.
Here you can quote a shipment by entering the postal code of the origin and destination, you can choose additional services such as collection and home delivery, enter the dimensions and weight to finish the quote, at the end you can pay for your service for greater comfort.
- BILLING
Enter or scan the bill/bill of lading folio to be able to download the Bill of Lading, the Invoice and the accessories*.
You can also rebill your invoices, changing the data that is required.
- BRANCH OFFICES.
Check the closest branch to your location or locate the branches by entity. There is one near you. You can consult the data of each branch, dial the phone or put the map to find out how to get to the branch you choose.
- CONTACT.
Contact us by phone at the Call Center or through our social networks (Facebook, Twitter, WhatsApp, Messenger or our website).
