This was written for a morris dance side to work out what dances can be performed when out at an event, but can be used for other tasks. By default a Dance is the activity, people or dancers are the resource and dance positions are the tasks, but this can be changed. First you have to create a database of all the people in the group, all the dances the group does and what dances each member of the group can do. Then when you are out at an event, just select the members who are there and the app will tell you which dances can be done.
By default the app talks of dances, dancers and positions, but this can be changed and applied to any job, resource and task list.
