About this app

Home maintenance in Abu Dhabi: browse, book, follow and pay in one app.

CESPRO looks after homes in Abu Dhabi: air-conditioning, plumbing, electrical work, cleaning, pest control, handyman jobs and more. Version 2.0 is designed to be simple, from the first screen to the last.

LOOK AROUND FIRST
No account is needed to browse. Tap "Skip" on the first screen to see the services, their prices and the AMC packages. You sign in only for what is yours: booking, buying an AMC, paying, asking CESPRO AI and managing your home.

SIGN IN WITH YOUR UAE MOBILE NUMBER
Sign in, or create your account, with your mobile number and a one-time code: UAE mobile numbers only. An e-mail is optional. Signing in with an e-mail or a password is still there, under "Sign in another way".

BOOK A VISIT IN THREE STEPS
Open a service and tap Book: pick a day, pick a two-hour window, then check and confirm. Add a note or photos for the team if you like. Nothing is paid now: the bill comes after the visit, for the work actually done.

EMERGENCIES, 24/7
No water, a major water leak, no power or the air-conditioning completely down? Choose what has gone wrong and see the call-out fee before a team is dispatched, or call our 24/7 line on 800 7786.

FOLLOW EVERY BOOKING
See each booking move from booked to team assigned, on the way, working and done. While the team is on the way, follow them on a live map. You are notified when it is booked, when a team is assigned, when they are on the way and when the work is done.

APPROVE QUOTATIONS IN THE APP
When a job needs a quotation, you see every line and the VAT, and approve or reject it in the app.

AMC (ANNUAL MAINTENANCE CONTRACT)
Choose a package, or build your own AMC from the services you want, see its price for your home and pay. Buying it for a new home? Add the address now or later. Then see the PPM visits you have left, pause while you are away, and renew or change your package.

BILLS AND PAYMENTS
Your bills are in Me, with a reminder on Home that starts with the oldest. Pay by card (Visa or Mastercard) inside the app, and put any account credit towards them. Download a tax invoice while it is due and its receipt once it is paid.

YOUR HOUSEHOLD
Invite a tenant, family members or household staff to a home, each with access that suits their role. Keep several homes in one account and switch between them from the home picker.

• Search every service, or ask CESPRO AI: an optional assistant that asks your permission before your messages, photos and the account details it needs are sent to Google Gemini, and that you can switch off in Me → Privacy & security
• Keep your home's equipment on record, with warranty dates
• Raise a complaint and follow it until it is resolved
